Hi came across your details while following the horse journey for cancer research, just wanted to wish you well on your efforts and what a great way to raise awareness. I read your bit on CBT and wondered if you and your followers are aware there have also been clinical trials recently using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) for OCD. It was developed as a treatment for PTSD and comes under the NICE guidelines for that, but if the trials are successful may be included for OCD
